How do I know that a car from AutoStart is dependable?

At AutoStart, we guarantee it. All cars are guaranteed to pass state Vehicle Inspections no matter where they are sold. We are       dedicated to putting you in a quality pre-owned car that you can depend on.


If I buy a car from AutoStart USA do I get a warranty?

We provide a warranty for 3-year or 36,000-mile -whichever comes first. It covers any lubricated parts in the engine, transmission and differential.


What if I have a problem with my car?

In the first 3 years or 36,000 miles - whichever comes first, call our service center at 816-268-6923. We will get your car in to one of our mechanics and get you back on the road as soon as possible.


Lease and Approval Questions


My credit is not very good. Do you help people that have bad credit or a bankruptcy?

Bad credit. No credit. Slow credit. Bankruptcy…No problem! If you bring home $1,200 per month, have been on at the same job for at least 6 months, and can make a down payment, we will work with you.


What documents do I need to get a lease?

Bring in your last two pay stubs or proof of income, a utility bill with your current address on it, and a valid driver's license. You will also need to provide 7 to 10 personal references with phone numbers and addresses.

 

How long does it take to get approved for my lease?

At AutoStart, we try to have all our auto loans approved within 30 minutes. Certain circumstances may require a little longer, but we know your time is important. We will do everything we can to get you into your new car and on the road as soon as possible.


Do you finance sales tax?

Not only do we take care of your sales tax, but we cover your title and licensing for you.


Visiting Our Dealerships Questions

What do I need before I visit one of your dealerships?

In order to make the most of your time please bring in the following items:

  • A Valid Driver's License
  • 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs
  • Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Cable Bill or Rental Agreement)

Making Payments and Down Payment Questions


What kind of down payment will I have to make?

Each situation is different. The largest factor is the price of the vehicle. We will work with you to determine your down payment and make it as easy as possible for you.


Can you schedule my future payments on my pay days?

Yes, we prefer to set up payments on your paydays to make it easier for you.


Can I make payments at the location where I leased or purchased my vehicle?

At AutoStart, we have professionals at every location who can assist you with making your auto payments. If you can't make it to a location, we can accept your payments by phone with a credit or debit card. You can also make payments online by logging in to your personalized AutoStart account. By monitoring your account online, you can make payments, view your next payment due date, view the payoff amount of your AutoStart vehicle, and more!
